1 hr forecast switch will not activate when clicked on

When I click on a city, it shows the 3h forecast ribbon at the bottom of the screen. There is a 1h forecast icon switch, in this ribbon area. I am logged in to Windy Premium, and when I click on the 1h forecast icon, it tries to sell me 'Windy Premium'. How is one supposed to activate the 1h feature?

It sounds like your Premium features haven't been redeemed yet.
To access your Premium features, follow the steps in this manual: https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features.
Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order on.If the restoration fails, please, let me know in which step it failed and if there was an error message.
