Suggestions for driving friendly widget

Kindly try to make a driving friendly widget
and an option to add the hourly updated weather to the widget

and add an option select what notification I want to received.. (lightening 1 or 5 or 10 km away) only snow or blizzards or rain alerts( showers or heavy) 1 hour or 30 or 10 min ahead of time
