      Hello, today I was charged 18 USD for the premium, even though up until today it was 2.99 USD. What is the difference in price and why was I not notified about it?

        @zoransh Hello, I can see you have active monthly subscription for 2,99 USD, even though we no longer offer monthly option. Then I can see you have subscribed to the annual option today for 18,99 USD. You must have subscribed to the annual option by accident.

        Nevertheless, I can cancel the monthly subscription and you can continue to annual option. Would you like me to do that?

            @rclamb I have cancelled the monthly subscription, now you can continue with annual one.
