<![CDATA[Better NEXRAD resolution and data product selection]]>The one thing Windy is missing for me is better NEXRAD data. Apps like Radarscope show the pixels of the scan, and also allows selection of a specific type of scan from a particular radar. This is much better than the composite when trying to determine precipitation for a specific place that is fairly close to the radar.

WeatherUnderground used to offer this, but stopped doing so a couple weeks ago.
