Windy pc version and tablet version

does anyone know which ipad can read the pc version of windy?
I myself have an iPad Air 2 which only reads the tablet version, the functionality of which is significantly reduced compared to the pc version (in particular the "boat" function which can only be opened on the pc version) Thank you for your answers

@riveaux Hello, tablet is a mobile device, therefore every pad should have a mobile interface.
