windy premium subscription

Dear Sir or Madam,
windy is always a mess for subscriptions.
I just ordered a premium subscription with a paypal payment: the email is different from the one of the windy subscription.
And when I want to restore the order, it doesn't work.
The premium options of my account are still not activated.
Please solve the problem.

To access your Premium features, follow the steps in this manual: https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features.
Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order on and you need to be logged in with your Windy account when you try to restore your purchase.
In case you can't restore your purchase, let me know what the error message says.
