Units change

Target : Change the units into my app.
On my iPhone, I am registered (Username & password), but on my Desktop, I am directly on the map (see image in attached).
How do I enter my own session from the desktop?

You must be logged in with the same account. So first log out (deconnexion) and then log in with the username and password that you use with your iPhone. -

... except the temperatures of the cities which remain in ° F.
Do I have to do anything else? -

I don’t think you must do anything else. Sometime it takes time to get the total change of units. Try to select Forecasted weather (prévisions météo) in bottom right corner of your screen. And then change the maps (wind, rain, temperature...). The figures under city names should change accordingly with the correct units.
