Pro Subscription Payment

Hi guys,
I'm having some issues with my Pro Subscription renewal. I had the payment set as automatic and linked to my Paypal, but I'm getting emails that suggest the payment isn't working.
When I follow the links the information all looks correct.

Hi, you get issues with your Pro subscription. But there is no Pro subscription on windy.com or windy.com app, only Premium subscription.
So could you clarify? -
@idefix37 Yes, sorry I meant Premium Subscription. Either way, it's the payment system that's managed by FastSpring seems to be having problems with connecting to my PayPal account, but I can't see how to fix it.
Also, it keeps sending me emails in Spanish despite my default language being set to English.

I have the same issue... purchased through Google and the app says "Windy".
For the record under my billing it says Windy.app: worldwide wind and weather forecast.
WINDY PRO account - annual $49.99/ year.Just a thought, this is obviously something that has been happening for a while so perhaps letting potential users know that there are other "Windy" apps out there?

Hi @hjmknight, FastSpring has some issues with PayPal payments on which they are working.
Right now, I can recommend a different payment method or subscribe via Google Play/App Store. Once you have a Premium account, you can log into any device or platform and Premium features will be available to you.@SV-Fineline the subscription you have isn't to our application, we are sorry for the confusion.
