can't get anything to work!

I paid the 18.99 and there is nothing new on the screen and I still have to allow cookies! No future radar, no anything, but as if I didn't have any special features. Also, I am "logged in" even though I have no password etc. Every site I'm referred to does not help and keeps sending me back to the same nonsense. Wow - feeling ripped off for sure.

I can see that you are now a Premium member. Now, do you know what Premium members can get versus non Premium ? -
@naturelover Hello, Premium users have access to 1 hr forecast instead of 3hr steps, furthermore you have more frequent model updates and additional specials settings options. More Premium features will come soon.
We have not mentioned anything about "future radar" in the Premium offer.
