Startlocation with GPS doesn't work

I use the Windy app, premium version 30.2.2.
In Settings, startlayer and startlocation, I use the GPS function for location. The app has permission to read my GPS location from my GSM and I can verify than Windy indeed is asking for location. I can see as well that no permissions are refused. Nevertheless Windy pops up every time with different places, sometimes more than 350km away of my real position. I use a Samsung Galaxy S10 with Android 11. I use on my phone several other apps wich need my GPS location and these apps are all working fine. One thing I can think of, I don't use Google location service. I hope Windy does not rely on that service, because that would be a showstopper for me. If I can help in any way to resolve this issue, please let me know -
@trolltrails Hello, if you do not use Google location services, then it may cause your position to be more random, that is probably why you are having the problem.
