Is it possible that I can make a request of a certain time frame on a certain day of the beach approach webcam footage in Ocean Park? And if so how do I do that?

That particular webcam seems to be out of service since a while.
For active webcams, using link "provider's website" generally allows more time steps (e.g. this one)
