  • Wundergound provides some climatological mean values for nearest WMO station to a city; I guess they picked data from NOAA/CDO. E.g. here for Umluj
  • MeteoBlue provides such a paid product for wind
  • NOAA/CDO provides climatological reports for worldwide WMO stations
  • generally, each national Met Office should provide climatological data in the past (cannot get https://www.pme.gov.sa/, which seems to be out of service right now)
