@marcus01432 Hello, this behaviour is unlikely. I can see you have subscribed via desktop (FastSpring), you will need to assign the Premium to your account first in order to use it in the app. The process needs to be done on desktop and the instructions are explained here - https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features/
