how to put hurricane tracking in motion not just active hurricane but tropical depression and tropical storms.

Hi, it seems that Tropical depressions and Tropical storms are shown in the Hurricane tracker. See main menu.

They are shown when they are named and confirmed by NHC.
You can also by yourself make your own prediction by looking at Wind accumulation. It gives the maximum gusts field for the following days and thus shows the likely track of a tropical phenomenon.
