It is difficult to see how the weather actually changes from day to day. If I could have an option to stick to some hour of the day, for example, 1pm and play weather from day to day for this specific time, then one could easily see weather development.</p>

That’s a really good suggestion. Locking the forecast to a specific time (like 1 PM each day) would make it much easier to track day-to-day weather changes instead of hourly fluctuations. It would definitely improve clarity for users comparing trends over time.</p>
