Notification does not fire when there is some ammount of rain

Hi,
I use this awesome app for paragliding (among atohers activities). I have set up notificatios for sites nerby BUT, i would like to set the notification, that does not fire when there is rain for example above 1 mm in given time span.

Right now I can set the rain to be at least some number, but I would like to set the maximum limit as well. Exactly how it is on wind setting.

In human language "Tell me if there is wind something and rain between 0 and 0.5 mm in upcoming 8 hours" for exmaple :)

Is it somehow possible and I just overlooked that option?
