maximum of rain instead of minimum in alerts

hi folks,

thanks für your great work, I am using windy for quite a long time!
I would really like to see a condition in the alerts for a maximum of rain! as an outdoor sportsman I would love to see in advance if my favorite place would be dry for a certain time before planning a trip there.
