Two Windy Apps, different logo's

For some reason I have two Windy Apps on my phone. They have different Logo's but seem to have the same applications. One is your app with the Red logo the other is in Blue with a Radar Screen symbol. Are both of these Apps. one and the same?

No, absolutely not ! The app with the blue logo has nothing to do with the Windy.com app with a red logo.
