I see that there is a fire symbol in the ocean off the coast of Bellingham, WA 98226. I’m wondering if that’s a mistake or if there’s some thing out there we should know about?

Hello, could you share the exact location please? Regarding the symbol the active fires, The active fires layer is designed for general overview of large fire events, not for real-time monitoring because false-positive records can occur as well as unreported fires.
