      Paid for a subscription, YET I cannot use the model functionality? Anyone know how to do this? Anyone know if that costs more money?

        What do you mean? Could you clarify your post?
        Some models don’t offer some parameters and the corresponding layers is not available for them. For instance Thunderstorm is only provided by ECMWF so the other models are ‘greyed’. Is it what you mean?

          @idefix37 In the iOS application, in the right menu, the models listed are not clickable. There appears to be no way to display models in the application.

            I use iOS app and models are clickable.

              @idefix37 Well, then you know where I am talking about in the application thus a screen shot that errors out when uploading to your platform is not necessary. The models are NOT clickable and a screen shot will not show that anyway. I would like to contact the developer to ask for my subscription to be canceled. This application is not working as advertised.

                You will get an answer to your demand probably on Monday by an administrator of Windy.com on this forum.
                But it’s a bit strange that you are facing this issue. Nobody has never reported same problem.

                    By the way what is your phone and iOS version? If it is too old, it could no longer support the app.
                    You could try also to re-install the app.

                      @idefix37 iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14.6 & M1 MacBook Pro with Big Sur 11.4. Models are greyed out on BOTH devices. I just paid for this subscription last night. Not an acceptable first impression, so, again, I will NOT pay for anything that does not work as advertised. As a developer, my applications tend to work as advertised. Not sure why contacting official support is so difficult. I want a refund. Period.

                        All your devices are very recent, so that’s strange !
                        Concerning the technical support from Windy, they are available during office hours, Europe time. So just be a little patient.

                          @idefix37 Well, clicking Support from the store only opens the application. I'm thinking that's in place at all times. I'll be contacting Apple on this as well.

                            @mshaw Dear user, this issue was never reported before. We would need more information to solve this issue. What is your iOS version and app version? We would also need to see the screenshot.
