Of course you never get an alert.
You set alert for a wind 10 to 40 m/s
AND a minimum of 2mm rain
AND a temperature between 25 and 30°C
AND a sunny weather.
The chance to get a weather showing all these conditions is near nul.

The alert table does NOT offer the possibility to set wind alert OR rain alert OR temperature alert.

To overcome this problem you must set several alerts
