<![CDATA[Inaccurate forecast]]>Good day!

For some reason forecast became very inaccurate comparing to last year in my region. (yuzhno-sakhalin)
Tempereature, clouds and wind forecasts are very different to actual weather.
Last summer forecast was very reliable.

Anyway, your location - a valley surrounded by mountains on a long island - is known to be difficult for forecasting weather...
