How often are data such as temperature and humidity updated?

If question is about weather forecast models: use the control "i", which provides full info about currently selected data layer (screenshot).
If it is about WMO or ICAO observing stations, SYNOP reports are generated hourly, and METAR reports every 30m. Personal weather stations (madis or other) may send reports at much higher frequency (1 minute, 10 minutes, it depends...)
