        Hello @FernandoRib, we are sorry to hear you want to unsubscribe from Windy Premium. May I ask what features didn’t work for you?

        To cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since we don’t have any control over these platforms:

        App Store – https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
        Google Play – https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en

        If you are subscribed via desktop, type in the email address you used for a subscription here and you will receive an email with a link to your account management – https://windy.onfastspring.com/account
