@korina Thanks for your reply! I tried to click "restore purchase" or "log in", but there is no response, maybe that's the primary reason that I cannot activate my premium account. I can only access my accounts via press "feedback and suggestions" to make sure I'm logged in.I'm sure my network is normal and good in China, and I had already sent an email to support.So, if you have any other suggestion to fix, pls kindly let me know, tks!

@kelpinswamp Hello, you need to restore the Premium on desktop, not in the app. Prepare your order ID, go to desktop and click on "Restore purchase" in the subscription offer, insert the order ID - click on restore.

@korina I've always tried "restore purchase" over desktop,not from app. i think the problem is "log in" invalid.

@korina I think the problem is i'm not sure if i'm logged in from https://www.windy.com/ on desktop.I can order from the home page, read my favorite information, but whenever i click "login"button over the right top window, there is no answer, furthermore, if i click "Already subscribed to Windy Premium? Login" at the premium order window, there is no answer. So i have to say, i cannot access"restore purchase" from desktop.
But if i click "feedback and suggestions" from the menu, i"m always registered in community, i can talk to you freely without"log in".
Anyway, maybe because i am using network in China? if it is true, that should be a bug. -
@kelpinswamp Hello, you are logged in on this community, so you must be logged in on desktop. Therefore there should not be any "Login" option, just your profile at the top right corner. You post anything here without being logged in.
Could you please clear the cache of your browser and login again? Then please try the restore steps again, I'm sure it will work.

@korina Negative! Firstly i clear the data from computer. .But the feedback still leads to my account. So i decide to log out from community, then clear the data from desktop again.Secondly I tried to log in from the window of premium order. .I indeed log in desktop again with name and password. .But the window of asking to buy still coming out again.
