      Hi there , I have bought Windy premium on 7/20 , I tried many time but failed to log in . I am located in China , so is that possible your apps not support users in China ?

        Hello @qianqian, thank you for supporting us! Windy is being blocked by your country so that might be the reason.

        Were you able to log in before? What error message do you get when you try to log in?

                @qianqian Hello, is there any error message when you try to login? You are logged in on this community, so there is apparently no issue with desktop.

                    The bugs are as follows:

                    1. the button of "log in" never work after one time input of name and password, seem like that you never logged in.

                    2.premium always ask you to pay whenever you press "log in" how many times.

                    3.at the one location by one click, details of forecast of that location always show blank.

                    4.for the route and distance function, after creation of a route, details of route always show blank.

                    5.no matter how good is the network, the top banner will frequently tell me"wow,it appears that you are offline."

                      @kelpinswamp Hello, it really seems that your problem is associated with us being blocked in China, we are unable to change that.

                      I have refunded you the subscription, you should receive ti within a few days.

                        @qianqian Hello, you will need to request refund on the platform where you subscribe - App Store or Google Play.

                        Let me know if you subscribed via deskop.
