      Merhaba,Kocaeli'nin merkezi Nikomedia olarak adlandırılmış.Bu isim şu an için sadece tarihi bir ören yerini temsil etmektedir.Windy'de görünmesi gereken isim KOCAELİ veya İZMİT olmalıdır.Uluslararası gönderimlerde ve tanımlamalarda Nikomedia değil.KOCAELİ yer almaktadır.
      Değiştirilmesini rica ediyorum.
