I got an email from fastspring saying payment for renewal of premium had failed. I got a link from your site to update details and used that to confirm PayPal details and now see that I have been charged twice in Jul 2021, each for 18.99
You probably know this, but your account handling UI ergonomics are a bit shaky…
Please can you refund one of the charges but not both: I want to stay subscribed!)

Dear Wendy Some technical problem was last week and double paid for yearly premium. Please send me back one but of course one stay for renew till 2022 July.
