By any chance, there is any way to monitor rivers and flood now? The south of Brazil is suffering with heavy rain and flood and it could help. As far as I know 70% of Rio Grande do Sul cities are affected.

Water height and river floods are not a feature available in Windy. It is difficult to obtain this type of information on a global scale.
You can rely on the Weather Warnings layer which provides advisories from local Weather Services. But not sure that information on floods is available.

Check local river gauges through government websites for real time data. Use weather apps for alerts, follow local news for updates, and visit flood forecast sites like NOAA.
