I don't know about Android (I'm old-fashioned and always prefere large screens for map-based applications (:oj)---
About Lightning: one can only display corresponding data layer ("Rain, thunder"), but cannot set alerts based on this forecast data yet.

@sumsh Hello, the same information is also in the app, you just need to open the detailed forecast and swipe right.
