Can't login to the iPhone app
I have just tried to login and been told that ‘Login failed. Invalid username or password’. although I know that both are correct.
I therefore requested to reset my password and received an email with the link to do this. I then typed in my password and was told I cannot use my current password…
If you KNOW this is my current password why didn’t it allow me to login previously?
Anyway I entered a new password and received a message saying ‘Password reset failed. We cannot find this email address in our database.’ Erm, obviously it is in your database as you have just sent me an email… A few minutes later I tried again, received another email, and changed my password. It now says ‘Login failed. Invalid username or password’.
I have tried and failed three times now to login to my account on the app. So I returned to the email and followed the link to try to contact someone. In order to post anything on the community page I needed to login. Login was accepted. WHY can’t I login to the app?
It really shouldn’t be this difficult. Help!!!!!
Hope you tried to connect to the right app, with a red logo, not a blue one.
