Live layer vs data set update time

The dissemination time by the weather model provider is 7:00 UTC and 19:00 UTC. Then for the actual update in Windy there is about 1 hour more for processing and dispatching the data, depending of the server proximity and so your location.
If you don’t want to calculate the difference of time between UTC and your local time, just look when ‘the next update’ is shown by Windy (see about this data in the app) and note them to know the schedule for your location. It gives the weather maps updates.

the actual update
My question was totally different.
Please check screenshot.
Map's rain animation is coming from 12 hour updated data?
For example, At 3pm it show rain 3.4 mm in the RH PANE.
In the map rain ANIMATION represents 3.4mm?

@galaxypoint
Of course the rain layer updated at that time. All data shown in Windy is updated at same time.
And for your information, Windy Maps is not Windy. It is a navigation app, not a weather app. -

@galaxypoint Hello, the non-Premium version shows forecast in 3 hour intervals, however Premium version offers 1 hour step forecast with more frequent model updates. ECWMF model is updated every 6 hours instead of every 12 hours.
-
Free User: 3 hours interval means: 3pm to 6pm (for example)
Premium User: 1 hour interval means: 3pm to 4pm (for example)
Am I correct based on the above example? Do you mean that?
I thought all layers in the map updated every 3 hours intervals and all data displayed in RH PANE updated every 12 hours for FREE users.
Thanks

So is it clear for you now?
BTW what do you mean with RH PANE? Here above you show the meteogram table.
If you mean the RH menu. It is just the list of layers and features. There is no data displayed there. All weather data is shown in the maps and in the Meteograms.

@galaxypoint Please see the @idefix37 comment and yes, 1 hour forecast shows you data in 1 hour steps.
