Showing humidity would be amazing. We live near the coast and 70f 90% humidity can be dangerous for hiking, even going down to 70% humidity makes a huge difference in safety. But we have no way (that I'm aware of) to view humidity forecasts.

While we're on the topic, are humidity forecasts accurate?

So you are not talking about showing relative humidity in the point forecast table.

If I understand clearly what you mean, you want to drag the weather picker to see humidity over different locations.
This is still possible in the browser version.

In the mobile app you need to drag the map to see the humidity over different places in the top banner.

And clicking on “Forecasted weather” you get humidity values under city names.

Living in a climate controlled climate environment we were very appreciative of the ability of Windy to show the actual Humidity %. Suddenly 1.5 weeks ago that ability is now gone. If not going to do this unfortunately we will have to go elsewhere. We've been Premium members for 5 years.

I don't think relative humidity has ever been shown in forecast tables.
See these posts from 2017 for example
There are 2 ways to get a feel of the Relative humidity along the 10 days forecast.
Select Meteogram which gives Temperature and Dew point. When these values are close to each other, the RH is close to 100%. So the difference between these values gives an estimate of humidity (same with the 2 curves shown in Meteogram). But it is not a direct reading of humidity.
Another way is to select the Humidity layer and the ´Forecasted weather’ to get RH shown below each town label. If by chance your location is not too far from a city, by moving the time slider you get the humidity and temperature at same time each days.
It is absolutely critical for planning here and there's no easy way to see it in a week view. Thanks.

Regarding the accuracy – I recommend comparing available forecast models to see which one is most accurate for your location.
