Premium not working on PC

Premium OK on iPad, but no work on PC. PC says restore purchase but cant. I purchased on iTunes. I have no emails relating to my purchase but it shows on Apple account. It is Premium OK on ipad, no work on PC. PC says restore purchase but cant. I purchased on iTunes.current.

To access Premium features across all your devices, you have to first log in with your Windy account into the device you are subscribed on. Then log in with this account into the other devices.

Hi Petra, I need a bit more clarification please. I payed for Premium through paypal on my phone and can access Premium ok on that, but not on my tablet.
As per your instructions, I logged into premium on my phone (that I first used to pay for the service), then logged in with my tablet, but could only get access to my free account. Hit the restorepurchases button, but got a message, nothing to restore.
Please advise what i need to do.

Is it possible that you have more than one account? If the Premium was active on the account you are posting from here, you would have a Premium batch beside your username here as well.
You need to be logged in with the Windy account as well, not only with the Google account into Google Play.
