premium purchase consultation

I bought the premium version of windy but the updated weather forecast models are exactly the same as those of normal users.
Before buying I said that it was updated four times a day, that they had better accuracy but it is not true this everything exactly the same.
I need an urgent answer or return my money -

You can check the update time in the info section that is located in the lower-right corner (Menu > Forecast Model > About these data in the application).
Regular accounts get updates 2 times a day, with Premium you have updates 4 times a day.

@petra-pik I know how to use windy, otherwise I wouldn’t have made premium. Where is the most accurate information every hour?

@nicochamblat, the hourly forecast can be viewed with the 1-hour button.

Does anyone know if the Premium subscription includes the HRRR models...?

Not yet (many users voted for adding HRRR model, see here).
At this stage, Windy doesn't add more models to Premiums, it just provides them at full available frequency.
For each model, NoPremiums only get 2 daily runtimes (instead 4), then forecast validities every 3h (instead every hour). -
@vsinceac Hi there, Many thanks for the response! SO if I understand correctly there are no additional models available under the premium plan versus the free subscription. The existing models are just updated more frequently... I am trying to get access to the HRRR for coastal sailboat racing.. It is quite good here in the US.. Thanks.

@chrissnow Hello, yes, we do not offer HRRR in the Premium version.
