How can I activate premium on my web version of windy? I bought the app version of windy on app store with my apple ID so I do not have any login credential to web version of it.

To access Premium across all your devices, you have to log in with your Windy account.

First, log in with your Windy account on a device you are subscribed on and follow the manual on how to activate Windy Premium – https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features.
Then you will have Premium available on any platform you log into.
