<p dir="auto">It seems to happen when you scroll back to the beginning of time and hit play. It shows up for a few seconds and disappears. The last I saw this was in the middle of July.</p>

'Strange' artifacts can be sometimes seen on the radar. There are various causes – the radar is being tested, a flock of birds, and others.</p>
