I have a subscription to the Windy API. (1199USD/Year)

To cancel subscription, I need to send my email address to the following site:

However, I have not received any reply to my email.

Is there a problem?
I want to stop subscription.

Do you mean the fastspring admin panel or windy api admin panel?

I can access the admin panel of windy api.
But I can't stop the subscription from there.

fastspring supposed to send a link to the admin panel if I send an email to this screen.
https://windy.onfastspring.com/account

However, the reply email does't seem to reach my Gmail(jun.love.pc@gmail.com).
So I can't see my admin panel of fastspring.
