precipitation notification

How do I set up precipitation notifications? I attempted to set some up but so far it has not generated any alerts. I want to know when rain hits a certain city. It does not seem that Windy can handle this. Here is how I set it up.

@mdudka Hello, please note that in order to get alert, all the set conditions need to be met at once. Therefore I would suggest to create an alert only for rain without other parameters overlapping each other.
