No way to check account status - exposing me to possible fraud

I got an email that I SUSPECT is legit, telling me you were unable to process my annual subscription. I NEVER click a link on an email like that - it could be phishing! I go to the web site, log in, and expect to view my account and finds some sort of "manage my payments" link.
I was able to log in without warning (upping the chances that the email I received was, in fact, phishing) but cannot find anyway to check my account status from your web page.
Please advise

@gheumann Hello, you probably mean email from FastSpring, who is our payment provider. It is not spam. You can manage your payments and order at https://windy.onfastspring.com/account. Once you enter your email, you will get a link to your account.

@korina There should be a payment portal on our acccount profile page with a link to the fastspring.com site. I just got the same email, and spent 20 minutes trying to track down whether it was phishing or not. Definitely want to be a subscriber. Just don't want to get scammed.
