Direct link of a location?

Is it possible to get direct link of any location with specific date and time?

For example,

A location name: Myanmar
TIme and date: 28 August 2021, Time: 16:00Z (UTC)
Link found: https://www.windy.com/-Thunderstorms-thunder?thunder,2021082809,19.873,96.498,8,m:efgaiPZ

But when I paste the above link individually in a browser tab, it redirects to the current date and time in timeline with the following link: https://www.windy.com/-Thunderstorms-thunder?thunder,19.873,96.498,8

My question is, can I get a link which will not redirect?

@galaxypoint Hello, the link contains the date and time, but it will not redirect once you post in into browser. Therefore it is not possible.
