Anual subscription Problem

Hello, I have changed from monthly subscription to anualy. Every month ate the third day you charge me for the monthly. I'm paying twice for your service.
Also I can't find the subscription menu on the windy app.
Windy is helping me a lot on my work as pilot, but the transparent with the subscription has to be better. I'm searching for hours on the app settings and can't find them.
