FTP images

I have an older Foscam that did FTP images to Weather Underground for years. Looks like WU has killed webcams. Are there any plans for Windy to start taking FTP webcam images? Is there a work around to get FTP images to Google Drive, or some other shared platform?

@czollars Hello, at the moment you can add your webcam via https://www.windy.com/-Add-new-webcam/webcams/add?50.143,14.482,5, however your webcam needs to be publicly available in order to add it.
Another solution we offer is sharing your webcam via CamStreamer (more info here), but it applies for AXIS webcams only.

@korina Thanks Korina. Unfortunately I'm not running my own web site so I just don't know how to get the FTP snapshots public as of yet. This would certainly be a useful feature for Windy to add.

Dear @czollars, we have this feature implemented for the global providers (CamStreamer) and will inspect the possibility of exposing it to general public. Will keep you updated about the progress.
