Windy not working as before

Hi, I have subscription for Windy and my annual payment is due on 25th September this year. However, the Windy app does not seem to be working as before. I used to get hourly updates but now only 3 hourly. Is there something wrong with my app?
I really appreciate Windy because it's important for me to know weather updates as I'm in the plantation industry. Please let me know what is wrong with the app. -

@gkikas-lgpz hi. I tried that. But this is the next screen I get. To get a subscription. When I try to get a subscription, it says you have already subscribed to windy. Screenshot_20210911-212919.png

Maybe you should just login? At least this is suggested on the bottom of your screenshot above.

@vsinceac I'm very grateful to you for pointing out that silly mistake. I honestly didn't notice. I thought the Windy app was faulty? because the subscription is due. Thank you!
