    1hr/3hr views show different weather

      Same place, same time, same weather model (ECMWF):
      3hr view says rain from 1400 to 1700 (0.2mm), 1hr view does not see any rain until 2100. How is that possible?
      Temperature, wind and clouds are consistent in both views.
