      There is currently a data outage of EU Satellite 9.5°E Rapid Scanning Service:

      13 Sep 2021 09:00 UTC - 17 Sep 2021 09:00 UTC Monthly RSS interruption. Rapid Scanning Service will be suspended for scheduled full earth scanning and Ground Segment maintenance. Upon resuming of Rapid Scanning Service, meteorological products may take up to 30 minutes to resume and the Multi-Sensor Precipitation Estimate (MPE) may take up to 5 hours to resume
