Is there a way to show radar weather and wind on the same map

As far as radar data layer is issued from real time observations (NOW-12h..NOW) and Wind data layer is issued from weather forecast models (NOW..NOW+10d), these two data layers cannot be displayed together.
You can get Wind values observed by weather stations on same map, while radar images and wind values observed by weather stations are not synchronized in time. On screenshot below, selected Wind value is issued from latest SYNOP-SHIP report (here, NOW-20m), while radar values may be at any time selected on the time bar (here, NOW-11h52m).
