Outdoor map state lines

Since last update (iPad), Outdoor Map view has ‘lost’ state lines in USA and province lines in Canada. Country lines are OK. Can’t find a setting for display- am I missing it or is it a UI issue?

Could be maybe related to currently selected map scale? Base map layer/style changes between zoom factor 11 and 12. E.g. where borders of Nevada, California and Arizona meet, map shows state borders at zooms 11-, bot not at zooms 12+

You are right, the Outdoor map does not show state lines in USA and province lines in Canada. I don’t know if this is new or not.
But there are other examples which show that this map is not ‘managed’ in the same way as all other maps in Windy:
