<![CDATA[idea: Worst-case forecast]]>In most cases when I look at the weather, I'm wanting to know if it's going to storm and I need to prepare for it. There are many different models, and they usually don't agree on when or how bad a storm might be. It would be nice if there couod be an aggregated model which shows all of the worst forecasts (e.g. lowest low, highest high, windiest gusts, deepest rain/snow, tallest swells, etc.) Similarly, a best-case aggregation could be made.

Furthermore, Extreme forecast layer is forecast for the whole world, its purpose is to show you the "worst" weather patterns that may occur.

I would recommend to use it if Weather warnings are not enough for you.

Hello, you want a Weather warnings layer covering all countries in the world ! Do you imagine that all countries provide such weather warnings and made this data available? These warnings are issued by national weather centers, not by some international organisation such as WMO, or even ECMWF, NOAA…
In addition @Korina has not promised what you request but only an improvement of this layer:

Entonces, hacer la capa de las advertencias meteorológicas que cubra todo el mundo, y no sólo algunos países, como pasa actualmente.

Lo comenté hace un par de años, y me habéis dicho que estaba en fase beta.

¿Aún después de varios años sigue estando en fase beta?

Btw., Windy has also a Hurricane Tracker data layer for really big storms.

If this would be not enough: Windy allows defining custom "worst forecast" for values of most pertinent weather parameters within custom ranges, then sends notifications by e-mail each time the "worst" is forecasted.

Finally, how could one define "worst" in weather domain? Big wind speed is good for wind farms and boats, while it is bad for umbrellas, corn cultures and people with synusitis. Sun is good for solar panels and bad for redhead people's skin. Rain is good for salads and snails, but bad for roof holes and rock concerts. Etc....
