Premium payment amount different?

Hi, I just started the annual subscription for Windy Premium that was listed as US$ 18.99 per year. On my Paypal activities, however, I see a charge of EUR 18.99 has been deducted, which is about US$ 22.34
Now, the difference is not huge and Windy is certainly worth it (and I donated in the past as well), but still citing one price and deducting a higher one is not nice.
Maybe this is just a bug, or something that Fastspring is responsible for, but I would have preferred a clear communication about the real costs before subscribing.

@andromed Hello, the price difference is due to the fact that tax was applied to the order. In your case 3 EUR tax was added, therefore the price was higher 22.34 USD. Tax is applied based on the state tax policy.
